Standing up and supporting someone in need of help is an important part of being a confident leader. But how is this actually done? Being an Active Bystander will help you define and recognize harassment, understand the impact of bystanders, and breakdown the “the Bystander Effect”. This session will teach tools to becoming an Active Bystander and provide some hands on practice to standing-up and speaking out.
