Let’s Talk Sex with AIDS Committee of Durham Region

Safer Partying:

We all know the deal. You’re away from home, feeling a bit adventurous, and you want to see what the party life looks like on campus. There’s no shame there. But while you don’t need a 90s style PSA, there are genuine concerns around safety and consent which are worth talking about. This workshop will go over those, from issues of informed consent, to navigating consent around substance use, to safer substance use and safer sex. Additionally, there is an opportunity to learn about how to use naloxone and intervene in an opioid overdose.
