  • Workshop 3: HIV 101

    Let's be honest, high school sex-ed wasn't as thorough as we needed it to be and didn’t teach us enough about STBBIs like HIV. This session will discuss HIV/AIDS in depth. It will focus on the history of HIV/AIDS, as well as HIV transmission, treatment, and risk reduction. *Event Facilitated by Aids Committee of Durham College (ACDR)*

    The pressure to be out and proud can be challenging for 2SLGBTQIA+ folks. This workshop will discuss strategies for coming out, reasons you may choose not to, and how to best support your 2SLGBTQIA+ friends on their coming out journey.     Are you a new DC student ready to set-up your OneCard student ID card? Join this session to learn how to add your OneCard to your phone. All students are required to have a student ID, as it is needed for a variety of services and programs on and off campus.
