Join Chef Raul for a hands-on workshop and learn to make sourdough bread from start to finish.  Guests will discover the techniques behind mixing, shaping and baking a beautiful loaf.

Participants will take home a freshly baked loaf, their prepared dough to finish at home with step-by-step instructions, a Bistro ’67 starter and bread making tool, and a selection of DC honey and preserves.
