Tap into your creativity and support your mental and emotional wellbeing with our Well Made: The Self-Care Series. This five-part, hands-on workshop series combines art, mindfulness and community to give you practical tools for managing stress, expressing yourself, and connecting with fellow students. Each activity is designed to create a calm, welcoming space where you can slow down, express yourself and support your well-being together. No prior artistic experience is required. What will we do? Create your own sleep jar to inspire calm, encourage restful nights and make mindful rest a regular practice. Connect with peers through shared artistic experiences and meaningful conversation in a supportive space. Experience mindful movement exercises that gently boost mood, release tension, and help you tune into your body. Explore personal growth by designing and painting your own plant pot as a reflection of your goals and creativity.
