Accessability for All

National AccessAbility Week runs from May 26 to June 1, 2024 and Red Shirt Day is on Wednesday, May 29, 2024.

This important day recognizes and celebrates the leadership, impact, and voice of people with disabilities.

Red Shirt Day of Action for AccessAbility and Inclusion is a day to come together and wear red to make a visual statement of solidarity, showing support for those with disabilities and their families, celebrating the achievements of disabled Canadians, and making a commitment to help create a fully accessible and inclusive society.

Part of this commitment is to educate and inform themselves on issues related to disability and do what they can to break down physical, attitudinal, and systemic barriers and make their communities accessible and inclusive for people of all abilities.

The Library provides access to a range of print and electronic material to support teaching, learning and research at the College. Anyone with special needs is encouraged to ask for assistance from library staff. Please see how else we can assist on our Accessibility Services page
