Each event follows a similar format including a campus tour and showcase of some programs within the designated Faculty. You’ll also have the opportunity to connect with student recruitment to learn about DC's student services to ensure a smooth transition to college. I have already accepted my offer to DC, can I still attend? Yes! All prospective students who intend to study at Durham College are welcome to attend. Can I register for more than one March Break event? Each event follows a similar format including a faculty-specific campus tour and showcase! If you are considering programs in multiple faculties, you may wish to register for more than one event. Please note it is not possible to attend both faculty events that are scheduled for the same day. Which campus will I be at? Business; Health Sciences; Media, Art & Design; General Arts & Science; Science, Engineering & Information Technology; and Social & Community Services showcases will take place at DC’s Oshawa campus. The Faculty of Hospitality & Horticultural and Science showcase will take place at DC’s Whitby campus. If you are looking to explore programs in the Faculty of Skilled Trades & Apprenticeship, we will be offering campus tours at 1p.m. and 5p.m. on Tuesday March 11. Is lunch provided? Light refreshments will be provided. You’re also welcome to visit our on-campus dining options. Is parking available? Yes, complimentary parking is available. Please follow the event parking signs upon arrival. Oshawa campus: Complimentary parking is available onsite in the Commencement lot. This lot is accessible via the Simcoe Street and Commencement Drive traffic lights. Please follow the event parking signs upon arrival. Whitby campus: Complimentary parking is available onsite in the Whitby Main Lot. This lot is accessible via Stellar Drive. Please follow the event parking signs upon arrival. When should I arrive? Oshawa campus: Please arrive between 11:45 a.m. and 12:45 p.m. to complete registration Whitby campus: Please arrive between 11 and 11:30 a.m. to complete registration Where do I go once I arrive? Oshawa campus: You will enter through the South Wing (SW) entrance of the Gordon Willey Building. Please follow the event signage until you reach the registration table in The Pit. Whitby campus: Please follow the event signage to the Centre for Food (CFF) and locate the registration table. What if I have accessibility needs? Durham College’s campuses are fully accessible.
