Convocation is a momentous occasion at Durham College – a time when our community comes together to celebrate the incredible achievements of our graduates. We believe that every graduate deserves the full experience of Convocation, with all the celebration, joy and connection it brings.
Effective this fall, Durham College (DC) has decided to move forward with one annual Convocation event held each year in June. This will ensure a complete and consistent celebratory experience for all our graduates and their guests.
As a result, students originally set to graduate at the Fall 2025 Convocation ceremonies will now be invited to cross the stage at Spring 2026 Convocation, taking place on Monday, June 15 to Friday, June 19, 2026, at the Tribute Communities Centre in Oshawa.
What you should know:
- Audits for graduation eligibility will still take place in October 2025.
- For those eligible, credentials will be issued and available for pickup or mailing as of October 30, 2025.
- Fall 2025 graduates will be invited to cross the stage and celebrate with their peers in Spring 2026.
