Saturday, March 23 at Durham College’s Oshawa and Whitby campuses
Participant Arrival: 8:30 a.m.
Event: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. 
Departure: 3 p.m. 

Participant Registration

Registration is now closed. If you know someone who would like to participant at Whitby campus as a tour guide or welcome committee, please have them email openhousevolunteers@durhamcollege.ca.

Your Role at Open House

If you are a faculty or service representative who is participating at a booth or demonstration, further communication about your role will come directly from your team.

If you have registered as a tour guide, parking attendant, welcome committee, or any role, please confirm the assignment which you received via email on Friday, March 15 from openhousevolunteers@durhamcollege.ca.

If you registered for Oshawa, you have been assigned to Oshawa campus. If you registered for Whitby or Either, you have been assigned to Whitby campus.

Event Details

Event Check-In

Please check-in upon arrival in the participant room: 
Oshawa campus: G213 Dining Hall (Second floor, CRWC)
Whitby campus: Shop Class 7 (Whitby Main Building, Shop Area)

Event Catering 

Light refreshments and lunch will be available in the participant room during the event. Break times and lunch will be coordinated with your team lead.

Dress Code

All participants are encouraged to wear DC branded gear. Shirts can be picked up on the day of the event at event check-in. Please remember that DC shirts are of limited quantity and will only be provided to those who have requested a shirt AND do not own a DC branded shirt.
