Sport Management students build leadership and connections at annual Training Camp

Sport Management Training Camp brings learning to life through leadership, teamwork and mentorship. Each year, first- and third-year students spend two days together at Camp Mini-Yo-We, taking part in activities that build confidence, strengthen relationships and foster belonging. Third-year students take on leadership roles, guiding first-year peers and putting their skills into practice, while first-year students build connections with classmates. The experience reflects Sport Management’s focus on experiential learning, collaboration and learning from one another.
