At Durham College (DC), enhancing and supporting diversity aligns with our core values and vision. As outlined in the 2020-2023 Strategic Plan, we have an institutional commitment to promoting inclusion, respect, and social responsibility.

In addition, DC adopted the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) Dimensions Charter in 2019, demonstrating the college’s strong commitment to equitable and inclusive practices in research.

To accomplish these goals as an institution and cultivate an inclusive environment for all members of the DC community, we are launching our first-ever confidential self-identification project.  The Diversity Self-Identification survey will run from Monday, January 25 until Friday, February 5.
