STEP 1: CHOOSE A PROGRAM Explore our 145+ programs on our Programs and Courses page to see all that DC has to offer and find your perfect fit. STEP 2: APPLY Apply Now (button) Apply at Ontario Colleges and pay the application fee. STEP 3: SUBMIT YOUR TRANSCRIPTS Grades for current high school students are transmitted to Ontario Colleges electronically. If you are not currently in high school, copies of your transcript(s) need to be sent to Ontario Colleges. Learn more about sending a transcript. If you have transcripts from outside of Canada as part of the application process, you must submit a course-by-course report from ICAS or a comprehensive report from WES, to Ontario Colleges. Note: To be considered for oversubscribe programs at DC, all transcripts must be received by Ontario Colleges by February 1 for a fall start, October 1 for a winter start and February 1 for a spring start. STEP 4: RECEIVE AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FROM DC Durham College will acknowledge receipt of your application by email, with all your program choices and other important information on how to monitor your application status. STEP 5: CONSIDER YOUR OFFER OF ADMISSION Durham College will inform you by email if you have been accepted to the DC programs of your choice. A “conditional offer” means that you are still in school completing some of the admission requirements. Be sure to submit all the missing admission requirements by the specified date. STEP 6: CONFIRM YOUR OFFER Confirm your offer of acceptance at Ontario College by the deadline. You may only accept one offer of admission at one time. Once confirmed, Ontario Colleges notifies DC of your decision. STEP 7: CHECK YOUR EMAIL Monitor your email for important information about payment, registration and more.
