Got some free time this March Break? It’s the perfect chance to check out Durham College (DC), explore our programs, and take a big step toward your future!
Whether you’re a high school student planning your next steps or you’re a mature student looking to return to school to jumpstart a new career, DC’s March Break activities can help you in your decision making.
Sign up for our March Break Program Showcase and Tours
Running from March 10 to 14, the March Break Program Showcase and Tours will give you an inside look at DC’s approach to engaging and hands-on learning in seven of our faculties. Join us for a fun activity, campus tour and learn about our student services.
For example, prospective students exploring our Faculty of Hospitality and Horticultural Sciences will get a chance to visit our W. Galen Weston Centre for Food and discover our commitment to field-to-fork dining and sustainable business practices. They’ll interact with students during the execution of their Sustainability Trade Show and experience a mock service in our award-winning Bistro ’67 restaurant.
Not sure about your post-secondary path? Sign up for our General Arts and Science showcase and learn more about our eight-month Ontario College certificate programs designed to help you explore your options while earning course credits transferable to degree and diploma programs.
We are also offering campus tours during March Break
Visit us for an in-person tour of our Oshawa or Whitby campus and picture yourself at DC! Your tour guide will introduce you to our cutting-edge learning spaces, student spaces, student services and athletic facilities. It’s the perfect opportunity to see your future campus and to feel the DC vibe.
