That’s why the Durham College (DC) Office of Advancement and Alumni Relations invites 2026 graduates to Countdown to Grad. Attend one of these two events to register to graduate and learn all you need to know about resources available to you after Convocation: Wednesday, March 11 drop by anytime between 10 a.m. to noon. Whitby campus, Don Lovisa Building, atrium Thursday, March 12 drop by anytime between 10 a.m. to noon. Oshawa campus, Student Services Building (SSB), atrium Registration is open until Friday, March 6. Things to do at Countdown to Grad: Enjoy a sweet treat from Crave Doughnuts. Did you know Crave is owned by a proud DC alum? Apply to graduate with the Office of the Registrar. Book your graduation photos with Lassman Studios. Chat with representatives from the Career Development Office to learn how they can help prepare you to enter the job market. Learn about the benefits that come with being a member of the Durham College Alumni Association (DCAA) (you automatically become a lifetime member when you graduate). DCAA partners, TD Insurance and Manulife, will also be there to share information about discounts on insurance for DC graduates. If you’re interested in continuing your studies, talk to DC’s student recruitment team to discuss your options, whether you’re applying to a diploma, degree, graduate certificate or fast-track option. Ontario Tech University will also be there to discuss the many transfer programs that are available to you as a DC graduate. The International Education office will be on hand to answer questions and provide resources for international students and graduates.
