International Summer Employment

The International Summer Employment program allows international students who are returning to studies in the fall to work full-time hours from May to August of each academic year.

Eligibility

• Be an international student holding a valid Study Permit
• Be able to obtain a Social Insurance Number (Studying and working in Canada as an international student)
• Be enrolled as a full-time student in the fall and winter semesters preceding the summer employment period
• Be returning to full-time studies in the fall semester following the summer employment period
• Have a GPA of 1.50 or higher in the Winter semester preceding the program start

• Application launches at the end of January each year
