EA Sports FC 26 Competition Posted on January 12, 2026 at 9:11 am. The Battle for the Belt scheduled for Monday, January 26 has been postponed, with a new esports event set to take its place on campus that day. In partnership with the Durham College Student Association and the Ontario Tech Student Union, a drop-in EA Sports FC 26 King of the Hill-style event will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the DCSA Student Centre’s Esports Arena. The King of the Hill format will see players compete head-to-head, with the winner staying on to defend their spot on the throne. Each consecutive win brings additional prizes, rewarding players who can string together multiple victories throughout the afternoon. No sign-up is required, and participants are encouraged to drop in at any point during the event window to compete. The event is open to all Durham College and Ontario Tech students, whether they are experienced players or simply looking to take part in a fun, competitive campus activity. Students interested in participating can head directly to the DCSA Esports Arena on January 26 to join the action.
