Photo Consent Form Please bring a signed copy of our Media Consent Form for each student with you to the event and provide them to event staff during registration. Event Details Please arrive at 9:30 a.m. to register before event kickoff at 10 a.m. Please remind students to bring a packed lunch. For teacher and student safety, please wear pants, closed-toe shoes, and make sure long hair is tied back. BUS PARKING Oshawa: After teachers and students are dropped off at the Campus Recreation and Wellness Centre (CRWC) main entrance, buses can park at the designated Ball Diamond Lot at the south end of campus.
