Keynote Speakers Dee Durant Wednesday, April 29 Whitby Campus Dee Durant is an electrical apprentice and advocate for women in skilled trades. She discovered her passion for the electrical field in high school, where she was the only female student in her shop class. A former Weston Scholar, Dee graduated with High Distinction from the Electrical Engineering Technician – Industrial (Co-op) program in 2021. She has worked with many organizations, including Jill of All Trades, Skills Ontario, and Skilled Trades Ontario, inspiring students and industry leaders alike. Currently pursuing her 309A Construction and Maintenance license, Dee is committed to mentorship, lifelong learning, and increasing representation for women in trades. Camila Kukulski Thursday, April 30 Oshawa Campus Camila Kukulski is a Mission Designer at Hinterland Studio, where she helps craft, implement, balance, and polish content for video games. She discovered her passion for video games while pursuing a Bachelor of Photography at Toronto Metropolitan University. After graduating, she earned a certificate in Level Design from Sheridan College and has since worked in both indie and AAA studios. As the first female winner of Ubisoft’s NEXT Level Design competition, Camila is committed to encouraging diversity in video game development.
