Ontario Shores Prompt Care Clinic The Prompt Care Clinic at Ontario Shored Centre for Mental Health Sciences (Ontario Shores) provides care for individuals who require timely access to psychiatric services, but do not require and emergency department visit. A psychiatrist and nurse or social worker provide clinical assessment and a care plan for follow-up or shared care in the community. Doctor’s referral required
Ontario Shores Transitional Aged Youth Program Individuals 16 to 24 years old, who have prominent symptoms of mood, anxiety, disorders, trauma disorders or borderline personality disorders, and who are agreeable to attending individual or group therapy with a clinician every 1-2 weeks. Doctor’s referral required
Ontario Shores Traumatic Stress Clinic Individuals 25 and over that are experiencing symptoms of traumatic stress. Must be connected to a Health Care Provider in the community e.g. Family Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Community Psychiatrist or Family Health Team. Doctor’s referral required
Pinewood Addiction Services Pinewood Centre of Lakeridge Health provides a variety of services to help people with alcohol, drug, concurrent mental heath and gambling related concerns.
