Using Math

Students explore numeracy computation, engineering and science notation, significant digits, unit conversions, algebra and dimensional analysis. Emphasis is on solving problems using fractions, decimals and algebraic equations and solving geometric calculations involving perimeter, area, and volume. Students solve basic mathematical problems and create graphs and charts using current spreadsheet software.
