Facility Management

Facility management is concerned with the daily administrative practices and procedures used to govern a variety of operations in recreation and leisure facilities. The students in this course will gain applied experience in areas such as: evaluation of facilities, programs, and staff; recreation management software; risk management; facility and equipment maintenance; scheduling; and staffing.
