Fundamentals Of Hospice Palliative Care

The (core) Fundamentals program is a recognized certificate program within the community and is intended for those working in health care with an interest in developing his or her capacity related to hospice palliative care. As part of an inter-professional team, the PSW will support the person living with a life-limiting illness and their family members across all care settings. Emphasis is placed on understanding the Domains of Issues commonly faced by the dying person and their family.
