The Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities creates learning outcomes that must be part of the curriculum for college programs. Included in these outcomes is a statement that students must develop strategies for ongoing personal and professional development to enhance work performance in a multi-disciplinary workplace. This career development course will allow students the opportunity to consider pathways and professional development related to their program of choice.
