Infographics 2

In this continuation of Interactive Infographics I, students are mentored in the mastery of scripting-based vector animation. They develop portfolio-ready projects that demonstrate sophisticated functional and aesthetic design. They also refine their skill as interactive and interface designers. The students will also develop isometric illustrations and graphics that will respond to user interactions by display information to the user. These are commonly used in online newspapers, magazines and corporate sites. Students will also develop a interactive infographic that is controlled from multiple input devices. Students will follow a design process to create their assignments. This helps the students develop plans to solve the design problem so that they can re-use this process on other assignments and when quoting on freelance work. Note: Due to Field Placement starting in Week 14, this course will only be 13 weeks long.
