DC Spa - Lab 2

In this course, students will continue to enhance their professional skills, performing make up application services and client consultations in an experiential setting with paying clients at the Durham College Spa. A strong emphasis will be placed on adhering to industry infection control protocols and professional image standards commonly expected within cosmetics and personal care settings. Students will use consultative sales and customer care principles to recommend products for specific goals/concerns, overcome client objections, as well as various marketing and sales initiatives to close product sales, attract prospective client bookings and retail selling opportunities.
