Food Preparation And Global Cuisine

This course is an introduction to global cuisine with both a hands-on and theoretical component. Students will explore cuisine and cooking styles from various cultures of the world both in the kitchen and through online instruction. You will focus on safe food handling, proper culinary techniques, ethnic/regional ingredients and flavours.
