In this living lab course, students will gain broad-based product knowledge, service & sales techniques of a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages related to the hospitality, culinary and events industry. Food & Beverage pairing labs will include sensory analysis of beverages, practical examples of food and beverage pairing and how this knowledge can be used to increase customer satisfaction at every stage of their food and beverage experience.
