This course consists of 221 hours field placement plus 14 hours of field placement seminar. Field Placement III & Seminar facilitates the continued growth and development of the student into a job ready social services worker. The student is required to complete the assigned hours of field work in a community setting which provides direct client service. The seminar portion of this course is a mandatory 1 hour time tabled class at the college. In the seminar class, the primary focus will be on essential employability skills necessary to transition into employment within the social services field.
