Building on the concepts and techniques learned in Fitness 1, successful students will have the opportunity to match or exceed the fitness requirements of the various BFOR standards. Students are required to attend a weekly fitness class. The focus in Fitness 2 is on successful completion of the OPFA testing protocols. Theory, assignments and quizzes will be accessed through DC Connect. Students will continue to document and submit workouts to DC Connect. Students will complete a summative written test.
