In this course, learners explore the nature of functional and dysfunctional conflict, recognizing that conflict tends to emerge, develop, and change over time. Learners will increase their understanding of various conflict concepts, and gain skills for clarifying the causes, stakeholders, and dynamics of conflict. Learners will be exposed to various conflict analysis tools that offer frameworks for effective conflict assessment and analysis across conflict contexts.
