Digital Transformation and The Customer Experience (Cx)

The student will explore how to navigate a complete customer journey in an effort to develop and implement effective strategies to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Understanding the customer journey requires marketers to be adept at balancing brand loyalty, efficiency, and consumer demands. This course will look into the digital strategies and tools being used to assist marketers in being able to more effectively acquire, retain, and manage customer relationships to deepen connections and strengthen brand loyalty.
