Behavioural Approaches to Parenting, Family Relationships and Group Processes

In this course, students will review family systems and groups from a behavioural perspective. Students will gain an understanding of how practitioners address behaviour problems as expressions of family interactions, dynamics and structures. Students will be provided with an overview of the concepts, principles, and interventions relevant to therapeutic group work and families, with a focus on behavioural interventions. 3 hours/week
