In this introductory course to social justice movements and anti-oppression work, students will examine current and historical social issues through the lens of privilege, power, and oppression at the personal, cultural, and structural levels. Students will examine oppressive social structures and the role that anti-oppression work can play in facilitating resistance that leads to social justice and transformation.
