Wills & Estate Administration I

Students study foundational estate planning principles relevant to their role as a law clerk. The focus of the course includes examination of Ontario statutory authority together with basic principles and procedures in the drafting and finalization of wills, powers of attorney, and trusts in the context of a law clerk supporting a legal professional in a wills and estate practice.
