Provide ongoing, supportive 1:1 appointments with students regarding their mental health and wellness goals Implement appropriate clinical assessments to further determine needs and care planning Connect students to appropriate internal and/or external services and/or resources and re-evaluate appropriate services through ongoing monitoring and coordination of care Providing students psychoeducation, medication monitoring, resource navigation and referrals, substance use, supportive talk BOOK MENTAL HEALTH NURSING FOLLOW UP Please note, this is not a doctor's appointment and is not designed for handling crisis situations or emergencies.
