What Does “Dialectical” Mean?
Dialectical = two opposite ideas can be true at the same time, and when
considered together, can create a new truth and a new way of viewing the situation.
There is always more than one way to think about a situation.
This program is designed for those experiencing distress around eating across a range of experiences - from past and current disordered eating to eating disorders diagnoses - where healing your relationship with food is the ultimate goal.
Join Michelle Pitman, RSW, Eating Disorders Psychotherapist. Using the power of social connection to make mealtime less stressful and get through one meal at a time, together.
Following the meal, Michelle will facilitate a brief discussion on relevant topics including coping and recovery-oriented skills building.
Join us for free in-person nutrition seminars. Presented by nutritionist Sylvia Emmorey (RHN, RNCP, ROHP), you will receive a thorough introduction to nutrition and how to keep your wellness goals on track for 2025. We recommend attending all six to really jump start your 2025 goals!
