Our team is dedicated to fostering a balanced and holistic approach to health and wellness. We provide a range of programs and services that are responsive to the unique needs of each student. Wellness is the active pursuit of optimal well-being. It is the act of practicing healthy habits on a daily basis to attain better academic, physical, social and mental health outcomes. Instead of just surviving, you’re thriving!
There are many different dimensions and pathways of wellness - as a student it can be hard finding the time to prioritize wellness or knowing where to go to find support. We encourage students to engage with health and wellness focused resources to cultivate growth, take action, and thrive.
