Health and Wellness Promotion Our team is dedicated to fostering a balanced and holistic approach to health and wellness. We provide a range of programs and services that are responsive to the unique needs of each student. Wellness is the active pursuit of optimal well-being. It is the act of practicing healthy habits on a daily basis to attain better academic, physical, social and mental health outcomes. Instead of just surviving, you’re thriving! There are many different dimensions and pathways of wellness - as a student it can be hard finding the time to prioritize wellness or knowing where to go to find support. We encourage students to engage with health and wellness focused resources to cultivate growth, take action, and thrive. Some wellness pathways include: Healthy Eating Stress Management Mindfulness Nature Sexual Well-being Healthy Relationships Movement Sleep Book Health Promotion: Interested in collaborating; We want to work with you to share information and resources. Book a session with the CHWC! Wellness Coaching: Looking for 1:1 support exploring your wellness goals, meet with a Wellness Coach.
