    Looking to de-stress and take a mindful pause from your studies? Join us for Wellness Wednesdays 10am-12pm in the Wellness Den (C128) for stress reduction activities ranging from movie mornings, candle making, crafts, mindful colouring, board games and more! During this time you can also meet supports from the Campus Health and Wellness Centre and access a range of free resources such as condoms, pregnancy tests, menstruation products and an emergency snack cupboard. Come join us for a wellness break!
