      7. I have read and agree to be bound by Durham College By-law No. 1;
      8. I have read and agree to be bound by the Board policies on Governors’ Duties and Responsibilities and Governor Code of Conduct;  
      9. I am willing to serve as, and fulfill the duties of a governor with no remuneration.
