May 28 to June 3 is National AccessAbility Week

This year’s theme is “Disability Inclusion: From Possibilities to Practice.” Across the country, everyone is encouraged to celebrate:

  • the valuable contributions and leadership of persons with disabilities in Canada
  • the work of allies, organizations, and communities that are removing barriers
  • ongoing efforts to become a more accessible and inclusive Canada

The Library provides equitable access to a full range of services, resources and facilities for all by recognizing individual needs. Access to a range of print and electronic material to support teaching, learning and research is available, as is an assisted use carrel room at the North Oshawa Library, with adaptive equipment and software.
