Printing Purchasing Print Credits (Campus Bookstore) Note: This process requires a Visa or Mastercard. If you have debit/cash you can visit the Campus Bookstore in-person. 1. Open a web browser and navigate to http://durham.bookware3000.ca/print-packs 2. Select the number of pages you wish to purchase ($3.00/100pgs, $7.50/250pgs, $15.00/500pgs, $30.00/1000pgs) 3. Select View Cart and then Checkout 4. You will need to log in with a bookstore account (or you can create one if you have not done so before) Note that this is NOT your network account but a separate account that you setup on the bookstore’s site 5. Fill in the personal information required for the purchase or account creation 6. For shipping options select Digital 7. Click continue to confirm your order and enter your credit card information 8. You will receive 2 emails from the bookstore. One is an invoice, and the other has a blue button for you to redeem the purchased print credits. On the email with the blue button, copy the code and click the redeem button. 9. Paste the code that you copied in step 8, and enter your school email address. 10. Check your school email and look for another email from the bookstore. This email should have a RED code and final instructions on how to add the funds to your campus printing account. Check your JUNK folder for any emails if you do not receive one from the bookstore. Printing with web-print (Papercut) Connect to CAMPUS-AIR WiFi network or connect to the network via Ethernet Open an Internet Browser and visit https://durhamcollege.ca/webprint Sign-in with your network credentials Select Web Print from the available options Select Submit a Job Search for the printer you wish to print to and click Print Options and Account Selection (see the printer naming section for more information on printer names) Select the number of copies and click Upload Documents Upload files you wish to print by browsing your computer or dragging the files to the provided area. Once finished, click Upload & Complete Direct Printing from a campus computer Press the Windows Key + R to open up a Run window Type in \\itdcprt01 and press Ok Authenticate with your network credentials if required Find the printer in the list and double-click to add. This will automatically install any necessary drivers that are required. **Note if the above step does not work, refer to web print** Open the document you wish to print and you will now find the printer you have added as an option when printing. Printer Names All printer names will start with AP followed by the room number and a number. Example: The name for the printer in classroom C135 is APC135‐1 The name can be broken down quite easily as follows: AP = stands for Academic Printer (every academic printer will start with AP) C135 = is the classroom number the printer is located in ‐1 = means the first printer in this room. In case there are multiple printers in the room the will be numbered ‐2, ‐3 and onwards. When printing in the Computer Commons, there are specific print queues (listed below) instead of a single printer. After printing to the designated print queue in the computer commons you are located in, you visit the printer you want to print at and release the job with your username and password. (See Releasing Print Jobs section) The print queue names for the Computer Commons are as follows: Oshawa Computer Commons (Black & White Printing) = \\itdcprt01\SW100CommonsQueue Oshawa Computer Commons (Colour Printing) = \\itdcprt01\SW100CommonsColour Whitby Computer Commons (1-1) = \\itdcprt01\WhitbyCommonsQueue Releasing Print Jobs If the printer is located in a classroom then the print jobs will be released automatically. If the printer is in a shared/common area such as the Computer Commons or the Library, you will need to log-in to the printer using your network credentials to release the print jobs.
