Self-service password reset

The steps below will guide DC Students, Staff & Faculty through resting their network password through the Self-Service password reset portal.

Note:
Multi-factor authentication must have already been setup by the student before this can be used. If that hasn’t been done, please contact the IT Service desk at 905-721-3333

1. Go to the password reset portal here

2. To start the process, enter your dcmail.ca email address and the captcha characters, then click “Next”:

3. Select a contact method to verify your account:

Select a contact method to verify your account. Choose from: - Email to an alternate email address - SMS / Text to mobile phone - Call to mobile phone - Answer your pre-configured Security questions - Enter a code from an authenticator app

Provided you have registered your DC account for self-service password reset, the following options are currently available to verify your account:
