Video Video is an important visual communication channel for the Durham College brand – videos should be of the highest quality. Producing quality content takes time – in planning for video production, several factors are considered: Pre-production – target audience, purpose/goal, storyboarding (if required), and scheduling. Production – capturing, audio and lighting. Post-production – video editing, audio editing, draft revisions, and colour correction. Finalization – delivery, upload for distribution and any communications or social media-related initiatives. DC maintains a YouTube channel featuring short and long-form videos that: Promote the college’s vision and values. Stream Spring and Fall Convocation ceremonies (annually). Promote programs and recruitment-related initiatives, such as program videos and Open House.
