Email signatures and banners

Durham College (DC) has evolved with a bold new mission statement and strategic plan. As part of this evolution, our brand assets have also taken a step forward.

Email is our most common form of day-to-day communication and therefore one of the most visible ways we communicate with our audiences and each other. Clear, consistent email identification strengthens the DC brand.

There are a number of email banners that employees can select from to include in their email signature, which can be found on our email signature banner generator page.

When creating your email signature, please include the following information:

Firstname Lastname
Position/title
Department, Durham College
905.721.2000 ext.xxxx
