Wayfinding signage

College wayfinding signage is intentionally designed to provide branded, clear and consistent direction from various entry points on our campuses and within college buildings.  

All wayfinding signage projects  are initiated through the Facilities and Ancillary Services department at facilities@durhamcollege.ca and coordinated with Beth Chapleau, Brand Manager, Communications and Marketing, at beth.chapleau@durhamcollege.ca.

Promotional signage

Durham College takes immense pride in our beautiful campus. As a reflection of our institutional identity, it is imperative that our signage standards embody the essence of our brand and ensure consistent representation throughout our campuses and at events. With this in mind, these promotional signage guidelines have been developed to guide the design, placement, and aesthetic aspects of all signage elements.

A-FRAME or Easel signage

  • 24 x 36”
  • Single-sided coroplast
  • $56 each + tax
  • 7 days turnaround after final  artwork approval
  • It is the client’s responsibility to  return a-frames/easels following use

Quantity discount:

  • 2 signs – $52 each + tax
  • 3 signs – $48 each + tax
  • 4 signs – $46 each + tax
  • 5 signs – $44 each + tax
  • 6 signs – $42 each + tax

*Orders of 7 or more signs will be quoted on an individual basis

VINYL BANNER STAND

  • Banner measures approx. 24 x 63”
  • Lightweight
  • Quick assembly time
  • Single-sided artwork
  • Includes unpadded carry bag

Hardware:

  • $21 + tax
  • 3–4 weeks turnaround

Vinyl banner:

  • $3 per sq ft + tax
  • 7 days turnaround after final artwork approval

DIGITAL SIGNAGE

  • Monitors are located throughout the Student Services building, Gordon Willey building, Centre for Food and Whitby campus
  • 1–3 days turnaround
  • Please review the content submission guidelines before submitting a digital signage request form

FABRIC POPUP DISPLAY

  • Approx. 33.25 x 84”
  • Tube frame with fabric sleeve
  • Double-sided artwork
  • Carrying case not included
  • $255 + tax
  • 7 days turnaround after final artwork approval

BULLETIN BOARD POSTERS

  •  11 x 17”
  • $0.40 each + tax
  • 1–2 days turnaround after final artwork approval
  • Posters to be displayed on bulletin boards only
  • Posting and removal is the responsibility of the client
  • Please review the poster policy

FLOOR STANDING SIGN HOLDER

  • 22 x 28”
  • Double-sided coroplast
  • $34 each + tax
  • 7 days turnaround after final artwork approval
  • It is the client’s responsibility to return sign holders following use

VINYL WINDOW CLINGS

  • 12” round
  • $2 each + tax
