Group Fitness – Zumba

Ignite your fitness journey and experience the power of group fitness on our campus.

Class description: Zumba is a dynamic and FUN group fitness class that blends cardio and strength through rhythmic dance movements. Set to upbeat global music, this workout improves endurance, burns calories, and boosts overall fitness in a supportive environment suitable for all levels. Consistent participation is encouraged so you can learn the dances that will be repeated throughout the session.

Welcome to the FEMFLEX Studio – A space to move, build strength, and feel good in your body and community. This open gym time is for all women and women-identifying individuals. Come as you are, move how you need! Our women FLEX monitors will assist you with equipment in the studio and answer any questions you have on how to use the equipment. All fitness and experience levels are welcome. ** Please note this is not a group fitness class, but rather a space for women to workout. Located in room G2018.

Start Strong at DC: Whitby campus First-Year Tour

First-Year Whitby Campus Tour!

Calling all first-year DC students! The Student and Career Development team is offering Whitby campus tours.

IMPORTANT TOUR INFORMATION:

• We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your tour start time. If you are running late, please read the instructions below.

• Complimentary parking is available in the main parking lot. Enter via Champlain Avenue or Stellar Drive, take a ticket at the gate, and your tour guide will provide a validated ticket for free exit after your tour.

• Enter through the Don Lovisa building, we will be located when you walk into the Atrium entrance, by the campus store.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
The safety of our guests and staff is our top priority. Durham College reserves the right to cancel a tour due to severe weather. Please ensure your email and phone number are up to date to ensure we can contact you.

Calling all first-year DC students! The Student and Career Development team is offering Oshawa campus tours.

IMPORTANT TOUR INFORMATION:

• Free parking is available in the Founders 2 parking lot. Detailed parking instructions will be emailed before the event.
• Enter through the Centre for Collaborative Education (CFCE) doors, located parallel to Simcoe Street, and walk down the hallway to the seating area called the Atrium, beside the security office.
