The Food Foundry Program is a food business accelerator that through a series of workshops helps student entrepreneurs develop new food products for the market and build a successful business around their product.

 

The SHIFT Program is a business startup accelerator designed for social enterprises. We believe any business can be a social enterprise and have a positive social, environmental or economic impact on the world.

 

The E-SHOP Program stream is designed to support businesses with products and services that are marketed and sold online. Through the marketing agency model at FastStart and a partnership with Shopify, E-SHOP participants receive free access to a beautiful online store of their own for 1 year.

 

The Maker2Market Program is for students creating beautiful handmade products and artwork. We help students build a brand, online store and we offer a series of marketplace and Pop-Up Shop opportunities where they can sell and explore valuable market research opportunities.

 

The FastTECH Program is designed to support technology startups as they invent, build and experiment with product prototypes in the FastStart Makerspace. Complimented by an experiential partnership with Ontario Power Generation’s X-Lab, students have the opportunity to work with industry partners on innovative projects.
