Welcome to the 2026 SoTL (Scholarship of Teaching and Learning) Symposium, hosted by Canadore College’s Centre of Academic Excellence and Lifelong Learning.

Join us virtually for this one-day event as we explore this year’s theme, More Than Marks: Understanding student learning through SoTL. This theme invites faculty, teaching and learning support staff, and educational researchers to explore the exciting strategies that facilitate and encourage student learning. Through SoTL, we can better examine student growth, engagement, confidence, skill development, and the broader learning experience.

This symposium offers a platform to share completed, ongoing, or piloted SoTL work to highlights opportunities to enhance student learning.
