The Performance Alert and Support System (PASS) is a program that faculty can implement in their course(s) using intelligent agents in DC Connect. The PASS program was designed to provide early academic intervention for students in a way that is easy for faculty to manage. It supports positive course progress by alerting students to their academic standing in that course through personalized, colour-coded emails (green, yellow and red) sent at set intervals throughout the semester.
