Microsoft OneDrive

Microsoft OneDrive allows users to store and share documents across multiple platforms including web and mobile through the Cloud. OneDrive is accessible through Office365 (O365) and offers 1 TB of storage per user.

OneDrive Resources

Microsoft OneDrive is an efficient way to collaborate on documents in real-time on a various number of applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Whether students need to work on group projects, or you want to share files for collaboration, OneDrive is great resource.

GENERAL OVERVIEW:

• How to login to OneDrive: start by accessing O365, go to Office.com and sign in with your bannerID, followed by @durhamcollege.ca (i.e. 10012346@durhamcollege.ca) and your network password. Step-by-step instructions are available here. Then press “OneDrive” from your O365 dashboard.
  • Students can login through dcmail.ca, by pressing the waffle on the left side of their screen, and selecting “OneDrive”. To see detailed instructions on how to access OneDrive through dcmail.com click here.

  External guests are guests who do not have a @durhamcollege.ca email account. When adding the users, do not add them by name, add them using their full external email address
